AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
REPEALING SUBDIVISION (19)
OF SECTION 17-342 AND ADD -
ING A NEW SUBDIVISION : (19)
THERETO RELATING TO TWO-
HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA -
MEDA as follows:
SECTION -1. That subdivision (19)
of Section 17- 342, Article 4, Chapter
3, Title XVII, of the Alameda. Mu-
nicipal Code, is hereby. repealed.
SECTION 2. The Alarneda Munici-
pal Code is hereby. a..mended by add-
ing to Article 4, Chapter 3, Title
XVII, Section 17 -342, a new subdi-
vision (19), which shall read as fol-
lolvs:
(1.9) Lincoln Avenue, on the
northerly side thereof, between
the es. line of St. Charles
Street and a point 137 feet east
of the easterly line of Sherman
Street; and on the southerly
side of Lincoln Avenue between
the easterly line of St. Charles
Street .and a point. 124 feet east
of the easterly line of Sherman
Street.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of 'thirty (30)
clays from the date of its final pas-
sage.
