AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC -
TION 15-6210 OF ARTICLE 2,
CHAPTER 6, TITLE XV, OF THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO RATES FOR
GARBAGE COLLECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA -
1117.DA as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 15 -6210
of Article 2, Chapter 6, Title XV,
of the .Alameda Municipal Code be,
and i5 hereby, amended to read as
follows:
Section 15- 62101. Rates for Gar -
bage Calleetion. For the services of
collection and disposition of gar -
bage and refuse to tenants or oceu-
pants or proprietor of each resi-
dence, building or store room upon
which garbage or refuse accumu-
lates shall be charged by the Col-
lector rates not to exceed the fol-
lowing schedule:
1 collection per month, 35 cents
per month.
2 collections per month, 50 cents
per month.
3 collections per month, 65 cents
per month..
1 collection per week, 75 cents
per month.
2 collections per week, $1.20 per
month-
3 collections per week, $1.60 per
month.
Refuse and rubbish removal at
rate of $1.00 per ,yard.
One (1) 30- gallon, or smaller,
metal garbage receptacle shall con-
stitute one collection.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its filial
passage.
