AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING SUBDIVISION
(16) OF SECTION 17-411 RELAT-
ING TO THROUGH HIGHWAYS.
BE IT ORDATNED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA-
MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. That subdivision (16)
of Section 17-431, of the Alameda
Municipal Code be, and is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
(16) Otis Drive, from the easterly
line of Park Street to the easterly
line of Peach Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after
the expiration of thirty (30)
days fro the date of its final
passage.
