Ordinance 0944Alameda City Ordinance No. 944 Ordinances New Series ORDINANCE NOn 944 NEW SERIES AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC - TION 6 -223 OF ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 2, TITLE VI, OF THE ALAMEIDA MUNICIPAL CODE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA - VIEDA: Section 1. That Section 6 -223 of .article 2, Chapter 2, Title VI, of the Alameda Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows: Section 6 -223. Fees for Connecting Sewers. The following fees are hereby fixed and established for the work of constructing and complet- ing all house connecting sewers be- tween the street sewer and the the property line. (a) An amount equal to the actual cost for the work of constructing 'Ind completing all house connecting sewers between the street sewer and the property line. (b) At the time that the applica- tion referred to in Section 6 -222 of the Article is made, a sum of $200.00 shall be deposited with the Street Superintendent to cover the cost of said connecting sewer installation. After said worm is completed any difference remaining between the actual cost of said work and the deposit of $200.00 shall be refunded to the depositor. (c) Actual cost of said work shall be deemed to include overhead charges. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final pas- sage. W. J. BRANSCHEID, Presiding Officer of the Council. Attest: J.
