NEW SERIES
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SEC-
TION 44 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725,
NEW SERIES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA -
MEDA, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 44 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New Se-
ries, to read as follows:
See. 44. The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as fol-
lows:
For the point of beginning,
the intersection of the west line
of Pearl Street with the north
line of Eagle Avenue, running
thence west along the north line
of Eagle Avenue 271:57 feet---- -
which point is 139.50 feet east
from Broadway; thence north
and at right angles to Eagle
Avenue 360 feet, more or less,
to the north line of Clement
Avenue, .if extended east; thence
at right angles east and parallel
to Eagle Avenue 271.57 feet to
the west line of Pearl Street;
thence south along the west line
of Pearl Street 360 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning;
is hereby taken out of the "A" One -
Family Dwelling District and re-
classified to and placed in the "B"
Two -to -Four Family Dwelling Dis-
trict.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in: full force and effect from and
after the. expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
