NEW SERIES
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SEC-
TION 46 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725,
NEW SERIES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA -
MEDA, as. follows:
SECTION 1. Section 46 is hereby
;added to Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
Sec. 46, The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the
western line of Pearl Street, dis-
tant thereon 190 feet southerly
from the southern line of Cen-
tral Avenue, running thence
southerly along said line of
Pearl Street 450 feet; thence at
right angles westerly 272 feet;
thence at right angles northerly
450 feet; and thence at right
angles easterly 272 feet to the
point of beginning;
is hereby taken out of the "A -1"
One - Family Dwelling District and
reclassified to and placed in the
"B" Two -to -Four Family Dwelling
District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final pas-
sage.
