AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY . BY ADDING SEC-
TION 48 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725,
NEW SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA-
ME DA, as .follows:
SECTION 1. Section 48 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725; New
Series, to read as follows:
Sec. 48. The real property In the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at Station 3 on
the Segregation Line, running
thence westerly 20.95 feet to
the east line of Main Street;
thence at right angles northerly
along the east line of Main
Street' 100.70 feet; thence at
right angles easterly 100.54 feet,
thence at right angles southerly
98.26 feet and thence at right
angles westerly. 80.48 feet to the
point of commencement;
Said property being an area
of 10,172.77 square feet, or 0.234
Acres;
is hereby taken out of the "B " Two-
to- `our Family Dwelling District
and reclassified to and placed in
the "D" Con.i ercial District.
Section >. This ordinance shall be
in fall force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
