An ordinance amending the alameda municipal code by adding to article 3 chapter 3 title 14 thereof a new section to be known as section 14-336 prohibiting the smoking of tobacco or the burining of any open flame or electric arc on or at any wharf pier quay dock terminal facility shipyard ship repairyard or dry dock or within any wherehouse or aboarf any vessel moored at any such structure place or building or undergoing constrcution repair ourfiring or reconditioning thereat
