NEW SERIES
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SEC -
TION 51 TO ORIDINANCE NO. 725,
NEW SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CI'T'Y OF ALA -
MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 51 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
Sec. 51. The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Ala-
meda, State of California, described
as follows -
TWO LOTS situated on the
west line of Wood Street, be-
ginning 519.70 feet north of
Buena Vista Avenue, running
thence northerly 74.40 feet, with
a depth of approximately 100
feet.
SAID LOTS are known as
1853 and 1857 Wood Street,
is hereby taken out of the "G
Light Industrial District and reclas-
sified to and placed in the "A -1"
One - Family Dwelling District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its final
passage.
