AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SEC-
TION 53 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725,
NEW SERIES.
BE IT :ORDAINED. BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE .CITY OF ALA-
MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 53 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
Sec. 53. The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda;
State of California, described as
follows:
A PORTION of Lot 1, Bloch 30
and a. Portion. of Lot 9; Block 35
as shown on the Map of. the
"Lands'Adjacent . to the Town of
EncinEal."
BEING situated on the north
side of Central. Avenue, :begin-
ning 430 ' feet east of Walnut :.
Street, with frontage of 40 feet
and depth of 207.50 .feet - = known
as 2237 CENTRAL AVENUE;
is hereby taken out of the "C"
Multiple Dwelling : District and re-

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
