AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SEC -
TION 54 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725,
NEW SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA -
MEDA as follows
SECTION 1. Section 54 is hereby
added to. Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
See. 54. The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as
follows:
BEING Lot 2, and a portion of
Lot 1, Block 36 as shown on the
Map of the "Lands Adjacent to
the Town of Encinal."
BEING situated on the north
side of Central Avenue, begin -
nin,g 470 feet east: of Walnut
Street, with frontage of 80 feet
and depth of 207.50 feet -- -known
as 2241 CENTRAL AVENUE;
is hereby taken out of the "C" Mul-
tiple Dwelling District and reclassi-
fied to and placed in the "F" Central
Business District.
SECTION 2, This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its final
passage.
