PROPERTY BY ADDING SECTION
55 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725,
NEW SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA MEDA
as follows:
SECTION .I. Section 55 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows: .
See. 55. The real: property in the
City of Alameda; County of Alameda,
State of California, described as
follows:
11EMINNTNG at a point 258.57
feet east of the east line of
Webster Street, and 100 feet
south of the .south line of Cen-
tral Avenue -- running thence
south 300.76 feet; thence south-
easterly 260.15 feet; thence
north 142.57. feet; thence at right
angles westerly 174x83 feet;
thence at right angles northerly,
250 feet; thence at right angles
westerly 68.58 feet to the point
of .beginning.
Being the rear portion of
property known as 724 Central
Avenue.

is hereby taken out of the "A" One -
Family Dwelling District and re-
classified to and placed in the "C"
Multiple Dwelling District.
