Fire Zones Defined. Validity. If any see- tion, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of said Building Code or of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of said Code or of this ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each sec- tion, subsection, clause or phrase .thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsec- tions, sentences, clauses and phrases be declared unconstitutional. SECT10N 11, Violations and Pen- alties. =The provisions and penalties contained and provided in Section 205 of Chapter 2 of said Building Code are hereby specifically incor- porated and adopted as a part of this ordinance. In addition to the penalties herein provided, any build- ing• structure, or. portion thereof, or any condition existing or permit- ted to exist in violation of any pro- vision of said Building Code, or any actual or threatened violation of said Code, may be abated, restrained or adjoined in any manner provided by law. SE CTION CTION .12, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage. W. J.
