SECTI0N 1. Section 59 is here
added to Ordinance No. 725, Ne
Series, to read as follows:
Sec. 59. The real property in t

as follows:
SITUATED on the north line
of Buena Vista Avenue, begin-
ning 294.60 feet west from the
west line of Eighth Street, run-
ning thence westerly along the
north line of Buena Fists. Ave-
nue 50 feet; thence at right
angles northerly 148.54 feet;
thence at right angles easterly,
parallel to Buena Vista, Avenue
50 feet; thence at right angles
southerly 148.25 feet to the
point of beginning;
