AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
TIONS 17-364.1 AND 1.7-304.2 OF
TITLE XVII, CHAPTER 3, AR-
TICLE 6, OF THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE RRLXTING
TO PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA-
MEDA:
SECTION 1. That 2-Hour Parking
Limit subdivision 22 of Section
17 -36 f.1., Title XVII, Chapter 3, Ar-
ticle 6, of the Alameda Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.
SECTION 2. That subsection (a)
of 1 -hour Parking Limit subdivision
24 of Section 17-364.1, Title XVII,
Chapter 3, Article 6, of the Alameda,
Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
(a) West curb line of Webster
Street 10 feet Northerly from
the North line of Haight Avenue
and running thence Northerly
19 feet.
SECTION 3. That subsection (a)
of 24-Minute Parking Limit subdi-
vision 9 of Section 17-364.1, Title
XVII, Chapter 3, Article 6, of the
Alameda Municipal Code Is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(a) West curb line of Webster
Street 206 feet Northerly from
the North line of Haight Avenue
and running thence Northerly
46 feet.
SECTION 4. That Section 17-364.2,
Title XVII, Chapter 3, Article 6, of
the Alameda, Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 17-364.2. ' ' Uh.at an engi-
neer's Drawing 2964-B, Case S,
Sheet I of 2, bearing date Nov,
1946, Revision No, 8, 9-1-50, en-
titled, "Parking Plan—Webster
Street," three copies of which
said document are on file in the
office of the City Clerk of thee.
City of Alameda, being marked
"Filed Sept. 19, 1950," be, ari=d
the same is hereby, incorporated
herein and adopted by reference.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its final
