AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SECTION
67 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725, NEW
SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE . CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 67 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
See. 67. The real property in the
City .of Alameda County of Alameda.
State of Caliofrnia, described as fol-
lows:
BEGINNING at a point 150 feet
south from Pacific Avenue and .120
feet :west from Fifth Street: run -
ning thence west 182.28 feet; thence
southeasterly along the north. line
of Marshall .Way 197.27 feet; thence
north. 78;43. feet to the point of be-
ginning—being a triangular -shape
lot;
is hereby taken out of the "A -1" . One®
Family Dwelling District and reclassi-
fied to and placed in the "B" Two -to-
Four Family Dwelling District,
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force -and effect from and after°
the expiration. of thirty;.(30) days from
the date of its final passage.
