NEW SERIES
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SECTION
68 TO ORDINANCE NO, 725, NEW
SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL 01 THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 68 is hereby
added to Ordnance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
See. 68, The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as fol-
lows:
BEING situated on the east side
of Regent Street, beginning 72,55
feet north of Crist Street—with
frontage of 50 feet and depth of
116.75 feet—Known as 1358 Regent
Street;
is hereby taken out of the "A-1" One-
Family Dwelling District and reclassi-
fied to and placed in the "C" Multiple
Dwelling District,
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty days (30) days
from the date of its final passage,
