NEW SERIES
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
AMENDING SUBDIVISIONS (16)
AND (17) OF SECTION 17-432 AND
BY ADDING SUBDIVISIONS (33).
(34), (35), (36), .(37), (38) AND (39)
TO SECTION 17-432 THEREOF, RE-
LATING TO STOP INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
Section 1. That subdivision (16) and
(17) of Section 17-432 of the Alameda
Municipal Code be, and the same are
hereby amended to read as follows:
(16) Otis Drive and Versailles
Avenue, signs shall be erected on
Versailles Avenue at or near its
entrances to said intersection.
(17) Encinal Avenue and Mound
Street, signs shall be erected on
Mound Street at or near its en-
trances to said intersection.
Section 2. That Section 17-432 of
the Alameda Municipal Code be, and is
hereby, amended by adding thereto
new subdivisions numbered (33), (34),
(35), (36), (37), (38) and (39), which
shall read as follows:
(33) San Antonio Avenue and
Morton Street, signs shall be
erected on Morton Street at or near
its entrances to said intersection.
(34) San Antonio Avenue and Bay
Street, signs shall be erected on
Bay Street at or near its entrances
to said intersection.
(35) San Antonio Avenue and
St. Charles Street, signs shall be
erected on St. Charles Street at or
near its entrances to said inter-
section.
(36) San Antonio Avenue and
Hawthorne Street, a sign shall be
erected on Hawthorne Street at or
near its entrance to said intersec-
tion.
(37) San Antonio Avenue and
Caroline Street, signs shall be
erected on Caroline Street at or
near its entrances to said inter-
section.
(38) San Antonio Avenue and
Weber Street, signs shall -be erected
on Weber Street at or near its
entrances to said intersection.
(39) San Antonio Avenue and
Ninth Street, signs shall be erected
on Ninth Street at or near its
entrances to said intersection.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30) days
from the date of its final passage.
