MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section fill is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
See. 69. The real 'property in the
City of Alameda, County of Ala-
meda, `State of California, described
as follows:
BEING situated on the west-
erly side of Beach Road, Bay
:Farm Island, beginning approx-
imately 630 feet southerly from
Melrose Avenue -- --with frontage
of 50 feet and depth of 110 feet.
--- -known as 326 Beach Road.
is hereby taken out of the "A" One -
Family Dwelling District and re--
classified to and placed in the "A -1"
One - Family Dwelling District..
SECTION 2. " hhi ordinance shall
he in full force and effect front
