AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA. MUNICIPAL :CODE , B Y
AMENDING SUBDIVISION (11) OF
SECTION 17 -431 RELATING TO
THROUGH HIGHWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
Section 1. Th«it subdivision (11) of
Section 17 -431 of. the Alameda Mu-
nicipal Code be, and is hereby, amend -
ed to read as follows:.
(11) San Jose. Avenue, from the
easterly line of Park Street to the
easterly line of Peach Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and 'after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
