AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA, MUNICIPAL CODE BY.
AMENDING SECTION 12 -756
THEREOF RELATING TO LIMITA-
TION OF RESIDENCE WITHIN
TRAILER CAMP&.
BE IT ORDAINED: BY . THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALA:MEDA as
follows.
SECTION 1. The Alameda Municipal
Code is ;: hereby amended by amending
Section 12 -756 thereof, which shall
read as ;follows:
Sec. 12 -756. Limitation on : Resi-
dence; The City Council shall, from
time to time, by resolution, fix
and determine the period of time
during which any person, except
the owner, his manager: and 'bona
fide employees, shall be permitted
to remain or live in any trawler
camp; within the .:City-of Alameda,
and it shall be unlawful for any
trailer. camp permittee, or his
agent, to permit : any person to. re-
main or live.: within the trailer
camp .under the ' control of such

permittee, or his agent, for. a
longer than that which :may be
provided for. in such resolution of
the City Council.
SECTION 2. Tins ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from r and
after the expiration of thirty :(30), days
from the date of its final passage.
