PROPERTY BY ADDING SECTION
73 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725, NEW
SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
Section 1. Section 73 is hereby added
to Ordinance No. 725, New Series, to
read as follows:
See. 73, The real property in the City
of Alameda, County of Alameda, State
of California, described as follows:
BEING the rear 65 feet of that
property situated on the south side
of Central Avenue, beginning ap-
proximately 140.17 feet west of
Broadway, having frontage of 45.15
feet and a total depth of 164.26
feet —known as 2520 Central Ave-
nue
is hereby taken out of the "A -1" Owe
Family Dwelling District and reclassi-
fied to and placed in the "C" Multiple
Dwelling District:

I, the undersigned, hereby certify
that the foregoing Ordinance was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 5th
day of January, 1954, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYE'S: Councilmen Anderson,. Jones,
McCall, Moresi and President Sweeney,
