AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADDING. THERETO A NEW SEC-
TION TO BE NUMBERED SECTION
1 -214, PROVIDING FOP. THE EN-
FORCEMENT OF THE PROVISIONS
OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL
CODE WITHIN CERTAIN AREAS
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
OWNED AND OCCUPIED BY THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the Alameda
Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto a
new section, to be numbered Section
1 -214, which shall read as follows:
Sec. 1 -214. Enforcement of Provi-
sions in United States Naval Air
Station Public Quarters Annex.
The provisions of this code shall
be effective and enforceable within
the area owned and occupied by
the United States Government
which fronts on Atlantic Avenue,
extends from the east line of the
railroad right --of -way contiguous to
Xlain Street to the westerly line of
Webster Street and extends to the
south line of the Webster Housing
Project.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (80) days from
the date of its final passage.
