AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA. MUNICIPAL CORE. BY
ADDING SUBDIVISIONS (46) TO
(57) INCLUSIVE, TO SECTION 17-
432 THEREOF, RELATING TO STOP
INTERCEPTIONS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1, That Section 17 -432 of the
Alameda Municipal Code be, and is
hereby amended by adding thereto
new subdivisions numbered (46) to
(57) inclusive, which shall read as
follows:
(46) Cassin Court and Decatur
Street, a sign shall be erected on
Cassin Court at or near the north-
easterly corner of its intersection
with Decatur Street.
(47) Bainbridge Avenue and De-
catur Street, a sign shall be erected
on Bainbridge Avenue at or near
the northeasterly corner of its
intersection with Decatur Street.
(48) Bainbridge Avenue and De-
catur Street, a sign shall be erected
on Decatur Street at or near the
southeasterly corner of its inter-
section with Bainbridge Avenue.
(49) F'arragut Court and Bain-
bridge Avenue, a sign shall be
erected on F'arragut Court at or
near the northwesterly corner of
its intersection width Bainbridge
Avenue.
(50) Third Street and Bainbridge
Avenue, signs shall be erected on
Third Street at or near the north-
westerly and southeasterly corners
of its intersection with Bainbridge
Avenue, and on Bainbridge Avenue
at or near the northeasterly and
so i`.hwesterly corners of its inter-
section with Third Street.
(51) Kane Street and Bainbridge
Avenue, signs shall be erected on
Katie Street at or near the north-
westerly and southeasterly corners
of its intersection with Bainbridge
Avenue, and on Bainbridge Ave-
nue at or near the northeasterly
and southwesterly corners of its
intersection with Kane Street.
(52) Niblack Court and Bain -
bridge Avenue, a sign shall be
erected on Niblack Court at or
near the northwesterly corner of
its intersection with Bainbridge
Avenue.
(53) Fifth Street and Bainbridge
Avenue, signs shall be erected on
Fifth Street at or near the north-
westerly and southeasterly corners
of its intersection with Bainbridge
Avenue, and on Bainbridge Avenue
at or near the northeasterly and
southwesterly corners of its inter-
section with Fifth Street.
(54) Rogers Court and Bainbridge
Avenue, a sign shall be erected on
Rogers Court at or near the north-
westerly corner of its intersection
with Bainbridge Avenue.
(55) Tingey Court and Bain-
bridge Avenue, a sign shall be
erected on Tingey Court at or near
the northwesterly corner of its
intersection with Bainbridge Ave-
nue.
(56) Aylwin Court and Wads-
worth Street, a sign shall be erect-
ed on Aylwin Couri at or near the
southwesterly corner of its inter -
section with Wadsworth Street.
(57) Bainbridge Avenue and
Wadsworth Street, signs shall be
erected on Bainbridge Avenue at
or near the southwesterly Corner
of its intersection with Wadsworth
Street, and on Wadsworth Street
at or near the northwesterly cor-
ner of its intersection with BLxin-
bridge Avenue..
Section 2. This ordinance ,shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days froin
the date of its final passage.
