AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SECTION
77 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725, NEW
SERIES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 77 is hereby
added to Ordinance No, 725, New Se-
ries, to read as follows:
Sec. 77. The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as fol-
Iows :
SITUATED on the east line of
Pearl Street, beginning 150 feet north
from the north line of Santa Clara
Avenue; running thence east 140 feet;
thence at right angles north 134.50
feet; thence at right angles west 44
feet; thence at right angles south
44.50 feet; thence at right angles west
96 feet; thence at right angles south
90 feet to the point of beginning;
is hereby taken out of the "A" One -
Family Dwelling District and reclassi-
tied to and placed in the "B " Two -to-
Four Family Dwelling District.
SECTION 2. This ordiance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
