Ordinance 1134ORDINANCE NO. 1134 New Series AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 17-333 THERE- OF, AND BY ADDING THERETO NEW SUBSECTIONS (20) AND (21), RELATING TO ALL TIME AND LIMITED NO PARKING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows: Section 1. That the Alameda Munici- pal Code be, and it is hereby amended by amending Section 17-333 thereof, and by adding thereto new subsections (20) and (21), which amended section and new subsections shall read as follows: Sec. 17-333. All Time and Limited No Parking. It shall be unlawful to stop, park or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or un- attended, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic con- trol signal device, on the following named streets or portions thereof, at any time, except in those cases where "No Parking" is limited to certain specified hours, to-wit: (2()) East side of Webster Street, between the northerly line of Eagle Avenue and the southerly line of Atlantic Avenue. (21) West side of Webster Street, between the northerly line of Eagle Avenue and the southerly line of Atlantic Avenue, no stopping, park- ing or standing between the hours of 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage. LELAND W.
