AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SECTION
79 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725, NEW
SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows
Section 1. Section 79 is hereby add-
ed to Ordinance No. 725, New Series,
to read as follows:
See. 79. The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as fol-
lows:
BEGINNING at a point on the
southern line of Clinton Avenue,
distant thereon. westerly 270 feet
from the intersection thereof, with
the western line of Willow Street,
as said street and. avenue are
shown on the map hereinafter re-
ferred to; rutining thence westerly
along said line of Clinton ,Avenue
30 feet; thence at right angles
southerly 96 feet, more or less, to
the shore of San Francisco Bay;
thence easterly along said shore
line 30 feet, more or less, to the
intersection thereof, with a line
drawn southerly from the point of
beginning at right angles with said
ne of Clinton Avenue; and thence
northerly along said line so drawn
100 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning.
BEING a portion of block 78, as
said block is shown on the "Map
of Lands Adjacent to the Town
of Encinal, Alameda County; Cal.,'
filed May 26, 1867, in Book 19 of
Maps, Page 53, in the Office of
the County Recorder of Alameda
County;
i hereby taken out of the "B" Two -
to -four Family Dwelling District and
reclassified to and placed in the "C"
Multiple Dwelling District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30) days
from the date of its final passage.
