AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC -
TION , I3 -3,915 OF PART V, TITLE
X117, CHAPTER 1, OF THE ALA -
MEDA MUNICIPAL CODE, RELAT-
ING TO BUSINESS LICENSES AND
BUSINESS LICENSE FEES FOR
CIRCUS, CARNIVALS, FAIRS, ETC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1, That Section 13 -1915 of
Part, V, Title X111, Chapter 1, of the
Alameda Nlainicipal Code, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 13 -1915. CIRCUS, CARNI-
VALS, FAIRS, ETC. Every person
conducting, nanaging, or carrying

Every person conducting, man-
aging or carrying on my proces-
sion or parade in connection with
any of t:he above shows or e:eh.ibi-
tions, and not having a license for
any such show or exhibition within
the City of Alameda, shall pay
$100,000 for each such procession
or parade,
Section 2, This ordinance, being an
ordinance fixing the rate of taxes to
be levied, shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon final passage.
