AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE
XI, Chapter 1, SECTION 11-164 OF
THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW
SUBDIVISION (5) RELATING TO
TEMPORARY OUTDOOR ADVER-
TISING STRUCTURES.
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in
the best interests of the City of Ala-
meda that provision be made in the
Alameda Municipal Code for the erec-
tion of temporary outdoor advertising
structures on the site of certain types
of oj ects;
zo r W THEREFORE, BE IT OR-
DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. Title XI, Chapter 1, Sec-
tion 11-164 of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding
thereto a new subdivision (5), which
shall read as follows:
(5) To permit temporary out-
door advertising structures u
any real property under develop-
m ent as a subdivision or as a
major construction t; said
advertising to be relative such
subdivision or construction proj-
ect.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
