AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
TION 17 -331, ARTICLE 3, CHAP-
TER 3, 'TITLE XVII <OF`THE ALA-
MEDA MUNICIPAL CODE, RE-
LATING TO PARKING IN PRO-
HIBITED AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. ` That Section 17 -331,
Article 3 Chapter 3, Title XVII of
the Alameda Municipal Code is here-
by amended to read as follows
See. 17 -331. Parking In "Pro-
hibited Areas. It shall be unlaw-
ful to park or stand any motor
or other vehicle adjacent to the
curb on any street where spaces
are marked, prohibiting the park-
ing of vehicles, or on those por-
tions of any street which are
marked off with the words "No
Parking " or "Keep Clear," or
adjacent to any portion of curb
painted red.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
