New Series
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADDING SUBDIVISIONS (76), (77)
AND (78) TO SECTION 17-432
THEREOF, RELATING TO STOP
INTERSECTIONS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17-432 of
the Alameda Municipal Code be, and
is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following new subdivisions, which
shall read as follows:
(76) Alameda Avenue and Chest-
nut Street, signs shall be erected
on Alameda Avenue at or near the
northeasterly and southwesterly
corners of its intersection with
Chestnut Street.
(77) Alameda Avenue and Lafa-
yette Street, signs shall be erected
on Alameda Avenue at or near the
northeasterly and southwesterly
corners of its intersection with La-
fayette Street,
(78) Alameda Avenue and Union
Street, signs shall be erected on
Alameda Avenue at or near the
northeasterly and southwesterly
corners of its intersection with
Union Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days
from the date of its final passage.
