AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO, 1226, NEW SERIES,
SECTION 2, <RELATING TO THE
CONVEYANCE BY QUITCLAIM
DEED OF CERTAIN -CITY -OWNED
EASEMENTS TO THE ' ALASKA
PACKERS ASSOCIATION, A CALI-
FORNIA CORPORATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordi-
nance No, 1226 New Series be, and
is hereby amended to read as fol-
lows:
Section 2. That the Mayor of
the City of Alameda be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the City
of Alameda, a quitclaim deed
transferring to the Alaska Pack -
ers Association, a California cor-
poration, the interests of the City
of Alameda in the above set out
easements, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to attest to same.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be

in full force and effect from and
after- the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final pas-
sage.
