AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-
SECTION (1) OF SECTION 17 -335,
ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 3. TITLE
XVIL OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICI-
PAL CODE TO PROVIDE ADDI-
TIONAL PARKING AREA FOR
CITY OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
DEPARTMENTS AND OTHER
GOVERNMENTAL OFFICIALS IN
THE CITY HALL PARKING LOT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That subsection (1) of
Section 17 -335, Article 3, Chapter 3,
Title XVII, of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(1) The City Manager shall des -
ignate the particular area of said
City Hall Parking Lot that shall
be used for parking purposes by
City officers, employees, depart-
ments and other governmental of-
ficials, and the particular area
that shall be used by the general
public while conducting business
at pnvernmentnl offices: nrovided.

Section 2. ; This ordinance shall be
in full force and : effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of Its final
passage.
