AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIME
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADDING A CERTAIN SUBDIVI-
SION AND REPEALING A CER-
TAIN SUBDIVISION OF SECTION
17 -364.1 THEREOF, RELATING TO
TIM LIMITS IN PARKING
METER ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
Section 1. That Subdivision 9 of
Section 17 -364.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code relating to one -hour
parking limit, be, and the same is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. That a new Subdivision
1 Subsection (a) be added to Section
11 -354.1 of the Alameda Municipal
Code relating to twenty -four minute
parking limit which shall read as
follows:
1. Webb Avenue (Park Street to
Everett Street) - commencing
at a point in the
(a) south curb line of Webb Ave-
nue eight feet easterly from
the east line of Park Street
and running thence easterly
sixty -two feet.
Section 3. That Sheet 6 of 11 of
Drawing 2964 -A, Case S, City of Ala-
meda Engineering Department, en-
titled "Parking Plan - Park Street
Area," three copies of which are on
file in the office of the City Clerk,
being n.:arked "Filed September 6,
1957," be, and the same is hereby
incorporated herein and adopted by
reference.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect, after expira-
tion of thirty (30) days from the date
o its final passage.
