AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-
SECTION (b) OF SECTION 6-223
OF ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 2,
TITLE VI, OF THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO DEPOSITS FOR SEWER
CONNECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA-
MEDA:
Section 1. That subsection (b) of
Section 6-223 of Article 2, Chapter
2, Title VI, of the Alameda Munici-
pal Code be, and the same is hereby
amended, to read as follows:
(b) At the time the application
referred to in Section 6-222 of
the Article is made, a sum of
$300 0o shall be deposited with
the Street Superintendent to
cover the cost of said connecting
sewer installation, After said
work is completed any differ-
ence remaining between the ac-
tual cost of said work and the
deposit of $300.00 shall be re-
funded to the depositor.
Section 2- This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days frorr the date of its final
passage.
