AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SEC-
TION 84 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725,
NEW SERIES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA-
MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 84 is hereby
added to Ordinance No, 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
See. 84, The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Ala-
meda, State of California, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest
corner of Pacific Avenue and
Webster Street 117.25 feet west-
erly to a point of beginning;
thence south 150 feet; thence
west 50 feet; thence north 150
feet; thence east 50 feet to a
point of beginning—known as
642-644 Pacific Avenue;
is hereby taken out of the "B"
Two-to-Four Family Dwelling Dis-
trict and reclassified to and placed
in the "F" Central Business Dis-
trict.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its final
passage,
