AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADDING SUBDIVISIONS (29), (30)
AND (31) TO SECTION 17 -342, RE-
LATING TO TWO -HOUR PARK-
ING LIMIT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. Section 17 -342 of the Ala-
meda Municipal Code be, and is
hereby, amended by adding thereto
subdivisions (29), (30) and (31), which
shall read as follows:
(29) Encinal Avenue, on the
northerly side thereof, from the
east property line of High Street,
easterly to a point 106.5 feet
therefrom.
(30) Encinal Avenue, along the
centerline and 18 feet each side
thereof, from the east property
line of High Street extended,
easterly to a point 75 feet there-
from.
(31) Encinal Avenue, on the
southerly side thereof, from the
east property line of High Street,
easterly to a point 74 feet there-
from.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final pas-
sage.
