AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SECTION
86 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725, NEW
SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA -
MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 86 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
Sec. 86. The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Ala-
meda, State of California, described
as follows:
BLOCK 2, Lots 4 and 5: 7.9
acres at the intersection of Otis
Drive and Willow Street; Block
6, Lots 1 to 11 inclusive: 3.2
acres located west of Willow
Street between Franciscan Way
and Whitehall Place; Block 9,
Lots 1 and 2: 13.8 acres sur-
rounded by Shoreline Drive,
Kitty Hawk Road, Franciscan
Way and Willow Street; Block
10, Lot 2: 8.9 acres located north
of Shoreline Drive between
Grand Street and Kitty Hawk
Road. Said lots described as
shown on Map of Tract 1866,
South Shore Unit No. 1, Ala-
meda, California, filed October
30, 1957, Book 38, Pages 50 to 54
inclusive, in the office of the
County Recorder of Alameda
County, State of California;
is hereby taken out of the "A"
Single - Family Dwelling District and
reclassified to and placed in the
"C" Multiple Dwelling District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its final
passage.
