AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
TION 17 -333 OF THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
THERETO SUBDIVISION (23) RE-
LATING TO ALL TIME NO
PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17 -333 of
the Alameda Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding thereto
subdivision (23), which shall read
as follows:
(23) Emerson Terrace, commenc-
ing at the east curb line of Paru
Street and running to the eastern
limit of Emerson Terrace, includ-
ing all of the turn - around area, all
as shown on the Record of Survey
on file in the City Engineer's Of-
fice, Drawing 4705, Case 101.
Section 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final pas-
sage.
