AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
AND REZONING CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZON-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N. S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordi-
nance No. 1277, N. S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezon-
ing from an A -P (Administrative -
Professional) District to an R -4 -PD
(Neighborhood Apartment - Planned
Development) District all the real
property situate within the City of
Alameda as decribed below:
All of Lot 107 of Block 3 of
Tract 1866, South Shore Unit No. 1,
Alameda, California, which lies
southwesterly of a line drawn
parallel with the southwesterly
line of said Lot 107, said south-
westerly line also being the north-
easterly line of Otis Drive, and
distant therefrom 363.75 feet meas-
ured at right angle thereto, said
property being located at the
northwesterly corner of Willow
Street and Otis Drive.
SECTION 2. The above amendment
shall be known as and referred to

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of ' its 'final
passage.
