AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
AND REZONING CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N.S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and re-
zoning from R -2 (Two- Family Resi-
dence) District and C -1 (Neighbor-
hood Business) District to the M -1
(Intermediate Industrial) District all
the real property situate within the
City of Alameda as described below:
BEGINNING at the point of
intersection of the Northwesterly
line of ,Versailles Avenue with
the Northeasterly line of Fern -
side Boulevard; running thence
North 57 03' West 69.46 feet;
thence North 31 32 West 78.46
feet; thence ,North 33° 03' East
255.68 feet; thence North 66 57/
East 49.67 feet; thence North 75
30' East 58.75 feet; thence North
86° 51 East 151.95 feet more or
less to the Northeasterly line of
Versailles Avenue; thence- South-
westerly along said line of Ver-
sailles Avenue on the are of a
curve to the right having a radius
of 600 feet a distance of 28.76
feet to the point of a reverse
curve to the left, the tangent to
said curve at this point bearing
South 44 45' 16 West; thence
continuing Southwesterly along

said line of Versailles Avenue on
the arc of said curve to the left ;
with a radius of 2,144.621 feet a
distance of 438.10 feet to the
point of beginning.
SECTION 2. The above amendment
shall be known as and referred to
as Reclassification and Rezoning
Amendment No. 4 t Ordinance No
1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of - its <final
passage.
