An ordinance reclassifying and rezoning certain property within the city of alameda by amending zoning ordinance no1277
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N. S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and re-
zoning from ML (Limited Industrial)
District to M -2 (General Industrial)
District all the real property situate
within the City of Alameda as de-
scribed below:
BEGINNING at a point on the
centerline of Pearl Street at its
intersection with . the south line
of the Tidal Canal, thence south-.
. erly along said centerline to the
centerline of Tilden Way .(pro-
posed), thence northeasterly along
said centerline to its intersec-
tion with the south lime of the
Tidal Canal, thence along said
south line to the point of begin -
ning.
SECTION 2. The above amend -
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification and Re-
New Series

zoning. Amendment No. 6 to Ordi-
nance No. 127'7. N. S.
SECTION 3 This : ordinance: shall
be in ; full :force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty.
(30) days from the date of its final
passage.
