AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
TION 17 -461 OF THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL. CODE BY ADDING
SUBDIVISION (7) THERETO, RE-
LATING TO YIELD RIGHT -OF-
WAY INTERSECTIONS (COUNTY
ROAD AT MAITLAND DRIVE).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17 -461 of
the Alameda Municipal Code be, and
is hereby amended by adding there-
to a new subdivision numbered (7),
which shall read as follows:
(7) On County Road, at the
southeast corner of its intersec-
tion with Maitland Drive.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
