AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
REPEALING SUBDIVISION (28)
OF SECTION 17-342, RELATING
TO 2-HOUR PARKING, AND ADD-
ING SUBDIVISION (26) TO SEC-
TION 17-333, RELATING TO ALL
TIME NO PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That subdivision (28) of
Section 17-342 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, relating to 2-hour
parking, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
Section 2. That Section 17-333 of
the Alameda Municipal Code be, and
the same is hereby amended by add-
ing thereto subdivision (26), which
shall read is follows:
(26) Oak Street, on the easter-
ly side thereof, between the
northerly line of Lincoln Avenue
and the southerly line of Cle-
ment Avenue.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
