AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
AND REZONING CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZON-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N. S.
(1916 Webster and Vicinity - C-M to
M-I-PD.)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Ordi-
nance No. 1277, N. S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezon-
ing from C-M, Commercial-Manufac-
turing District, to M-I-PD, Intermedi-
ate Industrial (Manufacturing) Plan-
ned Development District, all the real
property situate within the City of
Alameda described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection
of the southwesterly corner of
the M-I-PD District and the cen-
terline of Webster Street, thence
south along said centerline to a
point opposite the southwesterly
corner of Lot No. 7, Block E,
Assessor's Block 307, Plate 4;
thence easterly along the south-
erly line of said property to a
point 241 feet more or less, which
point is also its intersection with
the boundary of the M-I-PD Dis-
trict as it now exists; thence
northerly, and westerly along
said boundary as it now exists,
to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. 'the above amend-
ment shall be known as and referred
to as Reclassification and Rezoning
Amendment No. 18 to Ordinance No.
1277, N. S.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.

passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assem-
bled on the 15th day of August, 1961,

AYES: Councilmen Dungan, God-
frey, McCall, Schacht and President
Collischonn, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
