Ordinance 1383ORDINANCE NO. 1383 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROP- ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZON- ING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N. S. (Area bounded in general by Oak Street, Lincoln Avenue, Tilden Way and extending northerly to Estu- ary.) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows: SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Ordi- nance No. 1277, N. S., is hereby amended by reclassifying and re- zoning certain real property situate within the City of Alameda as fol- lows: From C-M, Commercial-Manu- facturing District, to R-4, Neigii- borhood Apartment District: As- sessor's Block Book No. 2, Block 131, Lots 10, 10-1, 11, 12-, 12-1, 13-, 13-1,14,15,16,23-; Block 132, Lots 1, 1-1, 15, 15-1, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,22,23,24; Block 146; Block 148, Lots 1-, 1-1, 2, 3, 4, 4-1, 5, 6, 7, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and also including that City- owned traffic island bounded by Everett Street, Til- den Way and Buena Vista Ave- nue; 0 From R-2, Two-Family Resi- dence District, to M-1, Intermedi- ate Industrial (Manufacturing) District: Commencing at the in- tersection of the centerlines of Versailles Avenue and Fernside Blvd.; thence westerly 170.38 feet; thence northerly 180.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence westerly 122.14 feet; thence southwesterly 33.00 feet; thence northerly 52.00 feet more or less to the centerline of Tilden Way as it exists today; thence 146.00 feet more or less along the centerline of Tilden Way; thence easterly 46.00 feet more or less; thence southerly 100.75 feet to the true point of beginning; From C-1, Neighborhood Busi- ness District, to M-1, Intermedi- ate Industrial (Manufacturing) District: Parcel One: Commenc- ing at the intersection of the cen- terlines of Versailles Nve. and Fernside Blvd.; thence westerly 170.38 feet; thence northerly 280.75 feet to the true point of begin- ning; the westerly 46.00 feet more or less to the centerline of Tilden Way as it exists today; thence northeasterly 65.00 feet more or less along the centerline of Tilden Way; thence southerly 56.00 feet more or less to the true point of beginning. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 17 to Ordinance No. 1277, N. S. SECTION 3.
