AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A LEASE OF
CERTAIN CITY - OWNED PROPER-
TY (VICINITY ATLANTIC AVE-
NUE AND MAIN STREET).
WHEREAS, Frank Ivaldi and Hen
Y. Ng desire to lease from. the City
of Alameda certain lands owned by
said City in the vicinity of Atlantic
Avenue and Main Street; and
WHEREAS, a form of lease agree-
ment containing the covenants and
agreements to be entered into is on
file in the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Alameda, marked
"Filed Sep. 5, 1961 "; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City
of Alameda is aware and informed
of the contents thereof and hereby
finds that it is in the public interest
that said lands be so Ieased;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT OR-
DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That the form of lease
referred to in the preamble hereof,
and the terms, conditions, covenants
and agreements contained therein,
be, and the same are hereby, ap-
proved.
Section 2. That the Mayor of the
City of Alameda be, and he is here-
by, authorized to execute for and on
behalf of the City of Alameda, a
lease substantially in the form and
containing the terms, covenants and
conditions set out in the aforesaid
form of lease, and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to
attest to saane
Section 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
