municipal purposes over, across, and
under certain real property situate
in the City of Alameda, County of
Alameda, State of California, and
more particularly described as fol-

meda County Recorder's Office;
THENCE along said easterly line
of Oak Street northerly 0.24 feet;
THENCE South 42° 41' East 74.92
feet to the easterly line of the
E ast of land described in the

arison to Ruth M. Carlson re-
corded October 2, 1957, at page

feet to the BEGINNING.
Section 5. That the Mayor of the
City of Alameda is hereby authorized
to execute for and on behalf of the
City of Alameda grant deeds trans-
ferring the real propert' referred to
in Sections I and 3 of this ordinance
to the respective parties set out
therein. The City Cleric of the City
of Alameda is hereby directed to
attest to same,
Section 6. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
