Ordinance 1391ORDINANCE NO. 1391 New Series AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROP- ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF ALA- MEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N. S. (1506 Lincoln Avenue and Vicinity-E-2 to R-4 District.) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows - SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Ordi- nance No. 1277, N. S., is hereby amended by reclassifying and rezon- ing from R-2, Two-Family Residence District to the R-4, Neighborhood Apartment District all the real prop- erty situate within the City of Ala- meda described as follows: City of Alameda Assessor's Block Book No. 4, Block 238, Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 21, 21-1, 22, 22-1, 22-2, also known as 1506, 1512, 1516, 1522, 1524,1528 and 1530 Lincoln Avenue; 1529, 1531, 1533 and 1535 Stanton Street; 12 and 16-18 Powers Court; and 1540 Ben- ton Street. SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amend- ment No. 19 to Ordinance No. 1277, M S. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final pas- sage. F P 'ANZ S.
