Ordinance 1397ORDINANCE NOR 1397 New Series AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROP- ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF ALA- MEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N. S. (Lots 2A and 2B, Block 13, Tract 1866 (east side of Willow Street, between Otis Drive and Franciscan Way— A-P to R-5 District.) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO'UN- CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows: SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Ordi- nance No. 1277, N. S., is hereby amended by reclassifying and re- zoning from A-P, Administrative- Professional District to the R-5, Gen- eral Apartinent District all the real property situate within the City of Alameda described as follows: Lots 2A and 2B, Block 13, Tract 1866, South Shore Unit No. I (east side of Willow Street, be- tween Otis Drive and Franciscan Way), SECTION 2. The above amendinent shall be known as and referred to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 21 to Ordinance No. 1277, N. S. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage, FRANZ S.
